Led by experienced teacher Hayley Stange, this studio at McCabe’s Guitar Shop offers one-on-one voice lessons that prioritize healthy technique, expressive freedom, and personal growth. When singing feels easy and embodied, it opens the door to confidence, creativity, and a deeper connection to music—and to yourself.
About the Instructor
Hayley Stange is a singer/songwriter who’s been teaching private voice lessons most of her adult life. Her deep devotion to her students and their growth is the hallmark of her teaching style, and many have worked with her throughout all of their school years. She strives to provide a space that is both safe and stimulating, empowering even the shyest student to experiment and expand vocally.
Hayley focuses on contemporary genres like pop, jazz, folk, country, theatre, and R&B—all taught through an approach informed by centuries of classical tradition. Her lessons often include elements of songwriting, musical literacy, and interpretation, helping students grow not just as singers, but as well-rounded musicians and artists.
She holds a BA in Music Industry from Cal Poly Pomona and is actively pursuing further education, as she believes any good teacher should.
